I made some dark spore syringes and now, about a week later, i look at the syringe and there are several large sized clumps that are hard to shake. Is this something to worry about?

Spore syringes work BEST, if the spores are evenly distributed throughout the solution. It helps if you include a couple drops of Jet Dry in the water you use to make syringes with.
Before you use those syringes, shake them until they get Downs Syndrome (joke). Meaning, shake REALLY hard.

Usually, the big clumps aren't the only spores in there. There should still be others floating around that aren't quite visible.

the spore syringe I received from sporesource.com (shroomery sponsor) had absolutely no visible spores, so there likely is plenty of spores you cant see with the naked eye in that syringe. shake a couple times, pull some air into the syringe if it isnt shaking around enough. you should be fine.

Not WISE to pull any old AIR into a spore syringe. Good way to contaminate it.

i had made 5 syringes and 3 of them have mold on the spores. Im guessing those were bad prints, but the two that dont have mold are just really clumped up. So it is not unusuall for clumps to be so bid in a dark syringe? Some of thge spore syringes went bad , yet the jars i injected them in are growing un contaminated. I guess sucess rate is higher when syringe is used within 24 hours or somthing.

Hold the needle into a flame and withdraw for sterile air.
