Donno... my friend fixes up shroom-shakes which is basically shrooms mixed in with a milkshake.

If your worried about it, I would guess three to four hours.

A friend of mine did that once. Said it tasted horrible...but didn't have any problems with nausea.

In my experience, milk reduces nausea 100% with anything (I crave milk the morning after a night of drinking).

Well, basically if you belive in the spirituality and personality of the mushroom, then you might think will this mushroom agree with the torture of cows.

I think the mushroom is going to have a lot more to worry about from the torture of my stomach than that from the cows. -grin-

Some people think that drinking milk or any dairy with shrooms minimizes the effects of them. Milk coats the stomach and blocks stuff from getting through.

In fact, if someone is having a bad trip, some people will give that person milk to try and bring them back down.

I have heard too many different claims about something minimizing or maximizing the affects without ever seeing any real research to back it up that I don't believe much of anything anymore. I have watched many people walk into the coffee shops in Amsterdam and order mushie-milkshakes and have never heard any complaints. I have only tried them in a milkshake once and didn't notice any loss in strength. Everybody is a little different... what works for me may not for you.

Flyby:

I ingested Shrooms with milk (lofat) once. This caused my Tripstrenght to become less than 1/5 than what it should be. (Homogenized Shrooms: I KNEW they were powerful!) NEVER AGAIN !!!

Know others haven't had this. Curious...

I drink milk almost everytime I ingest mushrooms. I haven't had any stomach cramps or anything, no bad trips.
