PICK YOUR SHROOMS!!!!! don't let them rot. I don't understand how being under read is pissing you off. If you had properly read up on what to do, you would've picked some of those a while ago. This is a sign of being under read, which is nobody's fault but your own so there is no reason to get pissed. ITS NOT TOO LATE THOUGH! If you get those off the cake, so the cake still can survive without getting contaminated from the rotting mushrooms you'll have more flushes, which in turn means more mushrooms. Now you know you should pick them sooner after the veil breaks I personally wait until sometime between the veil breaking away and the cap flattening out. From the size of your shrooms, I wanna ask did you dunk? If not, I would recommend it. My first flush on my first cake was pitiful, I dunked after the first flush and I got mushrooms 3 times bigger than the first flushes. I also suggest some thorough reading from the mushroom cultivation archive, the myco directory and the FAQs. It'll help save you from future mistakes like this. You came to the right place for input, but I personally believe an answer to just about every question you could fathom pertinent to mushroom cultivation can be found with just a bit of reading. There is a lot of information here, which means you gotta sort through a lot to find what you want, however read the other stuff, it'll only better you as a cultivator.... Better cultivator means better shrooms...

I did not dunk, But I did after picking all of those off. The cake with those now has black spots on some of the myco. Is it OK?

The spots as others have stated are more than likely just spores. Now that you have picked the mushrooms I suggest doing a dunk It could really make a difference in the size of your mushrooms.
