I am really pissed off. After 2 months, this is the results I get. Am i leaving the light on too much(16 hours a day. Am I not watering them enough, or are they ok and normal??

the black stuff is spores, I don't know about how much you're watering, but I'd say the top cake was ready to harvest about 6-12 hours ago, so pluck away the bottom cake, is ready for the single shroom to be plucked, and the others can wait till the veils tare on the mushrooms.

the reason they are turing black is because they are droping spores everywhere. next time if you dont want this then pick them when the cap opens and the veil breaks. i think you should pick those before they rot. the cake on the top right i would pick them all and the cake below it i would take the one on top off. good luck

It's just a overly mature mushroom. The cap will keep extending up as they get older.

Too late, yes they will deteriorate if you let them get too old.

in future pick a mushroom when the veil starts to tear. if you see spores everywhere and the edges of the cap are turned upwards then you waited too long.
