to dunk or inject skim milk or water

i am birhtin my cakes next week should i dunk or inject first or neither and with what milk or water

milk? milk does'nt have much chi, but who believes in chi anyways... Sorry I don';t have much suggestions, when I used cakes, I would keep a straw halfway, up farther then halfway, inside the middle of the cake. when the cakes needed water I would feed them a sterilized wild grass mixture. Any and all common grasses, boiled up, and then injected.

It depends, do you think your cakes are dry?

If they are then you might want to dunk with water (filtered or tap water is fine) for 12-24 hours.

If they arn't dry then let them flush once or twice then dunk them.

Maybe you could double-end case them.
