You could probably fix that. I think it has to do with electrical currents running through your body and/or muscular tension and/or circulation.
In any case, I suggest that you not get bent out of shape over it. Accept that it's happening and don't be afraid because weird stuff happens to our bodies all the time.
My advice is to do some physical activities. Find something you like and always be open to new ideas. I like swimming, running, calisthenics, parkour, basketball, etc etc. I think that staying fit is a great thing. One of the reasons it might help is that the intense physical work teaches your body how to allocate energies (all of the things I listed above) properly.

I get that eye/cheek thing too, exactly how you say it. I have no idea what it is but it seems to happen more often when Ive had not enough sleep (or just irregular sleep patterns).

this happens to me all of the time, i was diagonsed with an odd medical condition called essential tremmor, not really a big problem.
you might also want to look into Distonia or dystonia, a muscle condition that causes twitching, often in and around the eyes.

I had a tremor problem recently, hands were shaking to the point where I struggled to pour a cup of tea. My neck was also very tense, these symptoms were usually worse when I was tired or run down.
Went to the doctor he found nothing, I've put it down to a bad combination of anti-depressants, alcohol and other drugs. Since cutting back my symptoms have got a lot better.

You might be able to teach yourself to relax those muscles and learn how to activate them again with a consistant tension.
That would help your body learn how to properly function.

hugh its not really the same as tremors. i can hold my hand pretty steady without a problem. the spasms i have are isolated muscles that contract and relax sporadically and rapidly
