Shroomer Website Requires Dangerous PC Security Settings!!

I cannot browse the forum and remain logged in unless I set my privacy and security settings to LOW!!! This is very bad. It allows Third parties to have personally identifiable information. I suspect the shroomery has been infiltrated by Big Brother!! Am I being paranoid? No. Is something wrong with my computer? Maybe. But I no one thing is certain. When my privacy and security is set to medium, I get logged out when I click a link or try to navigate. When I set it to LOW, I stay logged in. A site that discussed potentially Ilegal or sensitive topics should respect the privacy of its visitors, not exploit it and share it with...???? Is the shroomery a BIG BUST waiting to happen?? beware...

From the Shroomery disclaimer.
Just be smart man.

Sounds like a cookie problem. The shroomery requires that you accept cookies in order to remain logged in. I'm not sure if these are persistent or not. However, you can always clean out the cookies after each session if you are worried.

As far as I know, in the almost ten years that the shroomery has been around, there has not been a single instance of the admin revealing an identity to a third party. However, if a court (legally) orders us to provide information, we will. As you said, be smart.
