Ugh, it should have some sort of weights, correct?

Mine is rather old and has a small, medium and large weight which are 5, 10 and 15PSI respectivly.

60min at 15PSI for most whole grains!

I know this is off post and I will probably get flamed BUT:

To buy something with the intention of using it then returning when you have no more need of the item is pure shit and should not be suggested on this board.

Do you return the unused side of the spore print too?

Only scumbags would do something like that. Well I suppose either an asshole or a scumbag.

Hey Dr, I'm glad to see you didn't say you had done, or were going to do that.

I'd hate to think you were an asshole or a scumbag.

You aren't, are you?

In reply to:

You obviously misread what I wrote so I've quoted it here.

If you need a reminder of why the world is fucked, go back and read your post where you suggest to people it's OK to screw a store by "borrowing" (my word, not yours) a pressure cooker and then returning it. The only valid reasons to return something is if it doesn't work, or fit, or is defective, or doesn't do what it was intended to do.

Hey but maybe someday you'll own a store or business and then people can "borrow" things from you!

And the world would be less " fucked " if we attacked people with rip-off ideas like that more often. Earn some money and purchase one the proper way and don`t take advice like that By the way...... if it has 2 weights it probably 10lbs p.s.i.. and I don`t think that would reach hot enough temps to assure sterilization..... You`d be better off with a new one. A smaller one at Wally-Mart runs around 20 bucks and will do 4 wide-mouth jars... If you "borrowed" one... and returned it with there being nothing wrong with it your Kharma would definetely suck for awhile

Well I don't know, seems to be going in the right direction to me. So far the only thing offensive in this thread was your suggestion.

Or don't you grasp the concept of right and wrong?

Oh well, off to bed. I have to get up early to earn money to buy things. I'll keep them too since I don't believe in screwing business owners.
