HABITAT: fertile grass and cow manure, southern Louisiana cow field
CAP:surface smooth, Cinnamon brown/tanish
GILLS:grayish/blackish VEIL:Absent.
STALK: Hollow, sturdy, Whitish/tan, bruising brown very easily/rapidly by gently rubbing then changes to a grayish almost bluish looking color within 5-10 Min's
SPORE PRINT: Pending, but if you notice in one pic, black spores have fallen on to another cap,and some stems under the gills.
Swims guess is Panaeolus subbalteatus. But might end up being a Pan Foe. Thanks in advance. Peace and love,Kija.

I would guess Stropharia semiglobata (Inactive/Edibiblity questionable, and not a positive ID). It's hard to say, though. I can not find evidence that they have a nipple. I can see indications of a nipple on at least most of those specimens.
If it's not Stropharia semiglobata, it at least looks very much like it would fall into Stropharicicae.
Good luck. Later

Kija have you seen the pic contrasting pan foes with pan subbs? I'll see if I can find it -from what I can see this looks more browny.

Here is Gumbys' site with the ultimate subb ID guide. It looks like you definately dont have foes and they dont really look like subbs either.

thats not black spores at all actualy, you can even see the purple-brown spores on the cap. its either stropharia or psilocybe, but doesnt appear anything active. definately has quite a psilocybe look to it.
