OOO sounds good, I was gonna make cream soup or soemthing with em. I have some other tooth'd fungus I'm trying to figure out what they are. Thought they were hericium , im not sure I'll take pics.

Amatoxin has it. Those sure look like Oyster Mushrooms to me. Enjoy yourself.

The one thing you can verify so you can be absolutely 100% is spore print color. It should come out white to pale lilac in color. Make sure you do the spore print on white paper.

No, I'm in wisconsin actually, I was checking out what looked like some chicken polypore remains and then i just happend to glance over at this dead elm stump, say some interesting pore fungi, what looked close to a reishi, but then I looked around it and BAM oysters all over. Exciting stuff.

Well I sautéd em up with some bell peppers chili's chives garlic butter and basil, and they're so delicious, they smell like flour when you chop em up.
