Yes, I read your link before you posted it. But really, all it tells you is how cigs compare to MJ, with all the technical jargon and shit.
I'm looking for more along the lines of 1 j = ? cigarettes, yada yada.

The addiction of cigarettes I think is a factor in the "what's worse" question, albiet unimprotant with "1 J = ? Cigarettes".

Just smoke enough weed to get you high, you will be cool...if you smoke more after you are already high...you will just be wasting your weed.

They are both bad, just your body has a harder time getting rid of tobacco tar..I have been smoking weed for 15 years, and almost as long with tobacco too...I have been around people that smoked weed only, and it causes bad lung function over time just like cigarettes. But I had the choice I would smoke weed...

Also... maybe I add...
Many times when people compare cannabis and tabacco, they are not talking about commercially manufactured cigerettes, a TON of additives are put into a cigerette that you buy from a gas station.

*sigh*
You can't just say "yeah, yeah a fuckin doob's like.... fuckin.... like three cigarrettes, man".
There are a billion things wrong with that kind of comparison. For example, marijuana is not standardized throughout the country. Hell, different seed companies have all developed and bred the same strains but you'll still find lots of very noticable differences. Not to mention, the person who grows it will contribute to more variation, plus the fact that you might be smokin some bunk ass weed that's been sitting around in the sun or mishandled.
You just can't make this kind of comparison. But if you want your concerns to be quelled, the "tar" in a joint is going to be a lot less detrimental than in a cigarrette. Manufacturer tobacco products are a fuckload more devestating on your CNS and lungs than marijuana, hands down.
