2 different shrooms from the cow fields
    #5954351 - 08/11/06 04:26 PM (17 years, 5 months ago)

Hi all well I really tried to find this before I asked it, cuz im sure its been asked, but I couldn't really find anything. Anyways we go to the cow fields, we get I believe to be P. Cubenis ( hollow stem, bruises blue, blue/violet ring around stem, bluish gills, golden-ish cap) and than theres this other kind that also grows from the cow poo, but they are mainly all white solid stem, gills are like grayish, the spore print is grayish-brownish, not ring around stem.. I think they are either Panaeolus antillarum or Copelandia, but not sure which, they dont brusie blue, and the gills are like a dark gray. Do these contain the "good stuff" that makes you trip? Pyscoblin whatever its called...heh... im from South Carolina if it helps...

leave the other kind alone. stick with the cubes, if you are 100% sure they are cubes.
