I don't think you have to make compost man. I'm not sure I understand what it is your talking about.

You can spawn to straight poo. You don't have to compost it at all. All you do is heat up water let the poo pasteurize in it and then squeeze out the excess water. Read the link I posted.. I pretty much summarized it for you.

If it's horse manure, you want to pasteurize. 'Steep' implies near boiling, which is partial sterilization. You don't want to sterilize any manure or compost. My method is to bring it to field moisture capacity, then pasteurize in quart mason jars. The idea is for the manure in the center of the mason jar to reach 150F to 160F for an hour. Manipulate the burner on your stove to accomplish that. The more water you start out with in your kettle, the better. Begin with cold water.

if I used the easy poo method mentioned above and used boiling water instead of water at 175, would that do the trick. or do you think I would have to boil it.

As for our dehydrated manure, its best used when its steeped (remove more of the amonia). Often this doesn't need to be done if its mixed with another medium like straw or wood chips. Water content is important too. You can't really use "too much" water to rehydrate it, but many folks add the water to the poo then add both with another medium. This (usually) adds too much moisture content to a generally ordinary substrate level.

Along with proper pasturization techniques (our dehydated manure isn't prepasturized) and clean handing it works fine.
