I am doing two grows at the moment and neither will pin,one is a double tub of treasure coast and the other are a bunch of Texas poo bags that I wanted to fruit in vitro. The bags have been fully colonized for a long time now,I exposed them to light about 2 weeks ago and still not a single pin in sight, does anyone have an idea why no pins yet and what I can do to trigger pinning, this is horrible even my double tub has been cased and I exposed that to light a little less than a week ago and it looks just like it did when I turned the light on it,It was fully colonized,I cased it,waited for the casing layer to start getting white and still nothing. What could be going wrong, someone please help me.This is the closest I have ever came to success in this hobby and I hate to see it fail after being so excited.

I've never used anything you are talking about. But, I thought I'd bump this back up so someone who might know will see your post. GL!
A few quesions:
How much light are they getting? How much fresh air? Have you cold shocked them? Do your bags seem dry?

to trigger pinning you need drop in co2, (fae) light, drop in temp and some people cold shock but i dont and it works fine for me

yeah lets not think about cold shocking here
and if they're getting any light at all its not your problem
most likely FAE.
are the bags sealed up? do you open them at least once a day to fan them out? you can carefully make some slits in them and cover the slits with micropore tape to make little breathers to help as well.
as for the double tub its been less then a week no need to worry there... but you might want to suppliment the FAE by opening it up and fanning it out once or twice a day. casings usually pin for me around 10 days. under less than optimal conditions it takes longer... and technically while monotubs/double tubs are supposed to be maintenence free and correctly placed FAE holes are "good enough" they aren't optimal - it will also help to manually intervene with some extra FAE there too.
however, if you're not seeing any white AT ALL poking through yet, i'd have to wonder... what did you case it with? how thick was the casing? how wet is the casing? a few possibilities:
1) if you pH buffered and you used the wrong kind of lime (if you used dolomitic lime) there is a possibility the magnesium content is inhibiting mycelium growth... this is probably the least likely scenario but a possibility to consider
2) if its too wet, it will simply take longer to see colonization poke through. you can help solve this by fanning to help some of the moisture to evap - and have the bonus of giving it that extra needed fae.
3) if its thick, well it takes time. you'll usually see myc poke through a 1/2" casing layer in 3-4 days time. if you used something thicker, add a few days
4) if you packed the casing layer down and its not airy and crumbly, again its going to take longer for the mycelium to find its way through it
of course if its any combination of 2, 3, and 4, plan to be a little more patient.
