Don't eat that. What is wrong with you? You live in Florida, you need to look on cattle pastures, not in the woods. Please do some reading about the species that grow in your area, there is a ton of info on this site and others. Taking this hobby lightly will get you killed in a horrible way.

Read some more. Don't forget to include the acres of text on non-hallucinogenic mushrooms. Perhaps that will drive home the fact that most mushrooms you'll find will not be edible, nor hallucinogenic...especially if you have absolutely no clue what to look for and where to look for it.

You're lucky to be living in Florida, with pastures, humidity, good temps... you need to be taking advantage of the fertile areas such as pastures if you are looking for actives. Just don't get shot. If you think it's too risky, ask the farmer for permission.

While his shroom is definitely not a lib or a cope, I should say that cubes and copes do grow in wooded areas where cattle can wander freely.

And cubes have chocolate to purple brown spore prionts and copes have jet black prints.

mj

never white prints. Also, Copes are bell-shaped and conic in their caps. they never have a nipple on them.
