I was just reading that extraction method listed above. Looks pretty easy to me....how's it look for the more experienced here? Think it would work well?
I love the step by step photos.

It does seem fairly simple, I just don't like the lack of exact (rough) measurements. So is the one foot extraction equal to one trip? Or did he brew several trips in that pot? Anyway, nice find, it has definitely sparked my interest. I've never tried mescalin, but I've wanted to ever since I read Huxley's essay on it.

This is my problem as well. I want to do it proably this weekend following that preperation guide but I want exacts. It's easy to "wing it" once you have already done it a bunch. Let me know what you find out. Good luck

MJ's tek is very good if you don't want to do a true extraction. Cacti potency is hard to judge, you could be like solidcell (look on the first page of psych. exp.) and have nothing happen after eating 1.5 feet.

That tek actually originated on this message board, by Mjshroomer.
And yes, no one can give you a for sure estimate. 1 foot could do you, or it could take 3. Depends on the person, cactus, and prep.
But yes, the preparation was for one person in that tek.
Too bad about solidcell, I'll have to go take a look at that thread too...

I just received 3 - 1 ft cuttings from a vendor that's often mentioned on this forum. Each cutting is about 3" to 3 1/2" in Diamter, 9" in circumference (if that matters)
I would like to plant one of the cuttings, what would be the best method for this? How should I store these cuttings until they are used?
