The first one appears to be Agaricus campestris spore print should be blackish brown.

Nice pics

I also noted the veil of the Agaricus campestris's on image.google dont look the same as mine, some dont even have them, mines a lighter pink, but i see the veil and colors vary, i see they both have the skin over lapping to though. Ive read that Agaricus campestris is more of a grassy field, lawn mushroom so i really dont think this is what it is.

It's certainly an Agaricus, but I also doubt A. campestri due to the non-grassy habitat.

I third the Agaricus ID. I find similar Agaricus throughout the seasons in all sorts of substrate. For example, wood chips or leaf litter, clay like sand, grass, near the roots of trees, etc.

I've found a ton of what appear to be a similar or likely the same species lately. the caps of the immature mushrooms such as this one always have a characteristic yet subtle indentation at the peak on top, and the gills of these mushrooms turn from whitish, to pink, to red/brown, to purple/brown, and eventually a dark purple or black, as they age.
