Incubator constant 30*C (86*F)
Aquarium constant 95%/99% RH  21*C-24*C (72*F-76*F)

The incubator is heated with a aquarium heater

is this any good?

Sounds very good. A incubator is a great addition to any half serious cultivator. I got along for a little while w/o a incubator but the colonization of PF substrate has really sped up since I stored that at a constant 84 degrees. Also, I coudlnt even imagine using whole grain w/o my incubator. I really like the design I have worked out. It is one of those large stryofoam coolers that they ship fish in and it easily has room for 72 1/2pint jars (packed full). However, I would never ever need that amount (espically since I dont even use PF much anymore). It has lots of room to incubate casings and such. I can fit probably 18 quarts or pints. I dont know, i've never really tired, but I love my incubator.

Oh, and I just fruit with fluctuating temperatures. They sit open in my room. Works just as well, if anything, a little slower.
