Do some searches on nicotine sprays. I dont know much about them, or how to create the solution, but from what I've heared they work wonders (I mean hell, if I were a bug I don't think ODing on nicotine would be my trip). Just use caution cause sometimes you create slutions to strong, or are just generally exposed to them too long, and they can make you super ill, or even be fatal.

I just been using the cheap stuff from walmart, menards, farm & fleet
stuff used on tomatoes for like 5 bucks
theres some stuff i seen at menards that u just water the plant and it is supposed to make it resistant to bugs and diseases, also has a fert in it for like 15 bucks
the white powdery stuff comes with som little powdery bug, insecticide will get rid of it.

Pyrethins are good choice for an organic pesticide. They are derived from the Chrysanthemum daisy and are good for a variety of pets, including aphids. Although by your description I would almost think you have white flies. Are they outside?

Neem oil is the way to go if you prefer organic & non-toxic for humans insecticide. I have tried it and it works well.
You can use it foliar or with the watering.
