Droopy pins?

Sigh. I realize this question has been answered hundreds of times, but I can't fcuking find it anywhere.
Can droopy shrooms (specifically, droopy pins) be the result of low humidity? If so, is it possible to remedy the situation by misting more/adding more water to the perlite, or are they doomed to be forever unenthusiastic-looking?
Thanks a lot for tolerating my mycological retardation.

I just reviewed my post below, and realized I wrote WAY too much. And I think they'll be fine anyway, old-man-dick shrooms are still shrooms.
This is actually the most half-assed grow ever, because I'm making a friend do it who lives where it is legal to do so and don't feel like I can make him dedicate too much time to growing because he doesn't really care. I set up the fruiting chambers, birthed the cakes, and left him to just mist, fan, and harvest. No pic, he told me one cake looked droopy/wilty over the phone. More concise explanation at the bottom, but I'm putting in details in case anyone has the time/knowledge to do something with them. SO...
Setup: Three cakes fruiting in three mini fruiting chambers consisting of half a milk jug and a 2.5 gallon zip-loc-style bag. The bottom of the milk jug has perlite. The cake, dunked and rolled in 50/50+ casing mix, sits on the jar lid in the middle of the half-milk jug. The zip-loc-style bag encloses the half-milk jug and functions as a drip shield.
Airflow/mist/light: I asked him to fan and mist each mini-FC twice per day (two "spritzes" of mist each time), and I think he does. I also told him to give them 12-16 hours of indoor light per day. He conviently owns a combo fan/mister, which doesn't make a very fine mist, but I didn't want to buy/make him buy something else. You can tell from the setup how frugal we both are . He keeps it filled all the time with a solution of 3% h2o2 solution and water in a ratio of 1:15 and unzips the top of the bag to mist.
Humidity: Once again, being frugal, we opted not to purchase a humidity gauge, though now it sounds very useful. He says all the bags look equally humid from the outside and have water drops on the sides.
The reason I ask specifically about humidity, in addition to the fact that I don't have a gauge, is that after setting the first two bags up meticulously, I got lazy and did not put as much h202/water on the perlite on the bottom of the 3rd jug, thinking that with cakes dunked and rolled in 50/50+ and misted lightly twice a day, the perlite humidification would just be a sort of safety net. Only one cake has droopy pins, and it is the cake in this third jug.
Thanks for the help. This community is the best ever
