Not positive on this cause you might have shaken that up really violently beforehand, but what I see in those pics doesn't really look like mycelium. It actually looks like the first 2 LC's I made with honey as well. If I'm correct thats just some debris floating around due to the honey (impurities or wax or smth??). Either way thats not to say that the presence of debris will impair the mycelium's ability to grow. Give it some more days and see if you're getting any white cloud like consistency forming.
Should look smth like this

good luck

mine looks not so cloudy, but more chunky and seperated, but pure white. it settles on the bottom till shaken. sound more like bacteria or mycellium?

How many days has that LC been growing? What kind of mycellium?
How long untill a liquid culture is fully colonized and ready to use?

3 days is not long. Give it a few more.
Honey is prone to having sediment, or particulates in it.

The one above is dry malt/dextrose.

Bacterial bloom usually looks like slime. If you don't agitate the jar, for a few days. Most often, if it is contaminated. You will get a gray/light blue funk, growing on the surface.
