Lets see,
the jars come CLEAN when they are new.

you will be filling them, effectively dirtying them.
BEFORE sterilization.

so really, you could fill a jar with mold spores in it,
which by the way all of your jars will have them before sterilization,
which by your classification would be dirty,
and you would be at no greater risk.

the jars new are cleaner than you will ever probably get them.
