Okay to finally put an end to this myth, I gave one of my pet mice some LSD blotter. The one given the LSD carved a swastika in his forehead and murdered the other mice. He seems to be perfectly normal, there's no rat poison in that stuff.

i believe that the fact that so many people believe that strychnine is needed as a bonding agent in lsd has made the myth that there is poison in lsd no longer a myth but reality. if so many people believe it do you not think that some one out there is actually using it in lsd therefore making it true that there is in fact strychnine in lsd? it kinda like willing something into existense. if you believe something to be true for long enough don't you in fact make it true by believing it? and ifit happens to become true, would it have had you NOT believed in it?

No I don't believe it has become true. If you are smart enough to take the time to research how to make LSD, then you are smart enough to know what to put in it and what not to put in it.
I've been believing it's my turn to win the lottery for the entire 20+ years I've been playing. Hasn't come true.
I've been believing the world would be better off without gulible people who believe everything they're told, but it hasn't happened.
If just believing in something would make it true the world would be a very different place. Not necessarily a better one.
Now, can we please let this unbelievably stupid post die?

do you actually believe that EVERYONE who has a hand in the manufacture of lsd has whipped out research and chemistry books to calculate a formula? i guess none of them have learned by processes handed down by word of mouth. and who's gullible?

Why? Because even if those who believe this incredibly stupid rumor aren't smart enough to be embarrassed for themselves, it's embarrassing to realize that the human race as is whole is so incredibly stupid.
