Unexpected days off

I went into work today at 9. My manager was like, "What's wrong?"
"Oh, nothing. Just tired."
"You want to go home today? You've been working a lot."
"Okay."
So now I'm home.

Nice, a couple days ago I went into work, only to find out that I was not scheduled that day. Doh.
I'm off today also. Been up since last night still.

Awesome That's the best, when you walk in, the last thing you want to do is work, then you immediately discover that you don't have to .

Damn...I don't know what my plans are. I already played with my puppy until his tongue was lolling. I'm going to mail a few items, and then eat something. And then probably post on the Shroomery. Then read A LOT. I need to start a new book. I just finished 'Ender's Game.' OMG it was excellant. I Orson Scott Card. Then I'll write. And Exercise.
I was hoping for a day off today. I guess my sad face when I went into work really cinched it.

I was workin today, asked some questions about the details of my apprenticeship etc, my boss said everyone has noticed that im a very hard worker (been there only 3 months or so now, so just clearing probation). So he said that since its a long weekend coming up he wouldnt mind if i took off early today, so i worked an hour, get a 4 day weekend, and still get my stat holiday pay for monday! I guess hard work occasionally does pay off.
Also... BEER FEST is next weekend.

I definately plan to! It's been awhile since I've read a book that has interested me like Ender's Game did.
And yes, you can borrow it Dreamer. I'll give it to you whenever we meet up next.

I am so glad that I can go to the Beerfest now.

So exciting,

that I need to get even more excited, by posting this,

five times.
