tip is don't bother. make a still air box or a glove box or use a very small room you can close off and sterilize..

if you cut some holes that are just big enough that your arms almost make a seal then you should be fine. Still air boxes aren't usually 100% sealed if im not mistaken.

if i ever need a glovebox, i just use a small cardboard box, put seran wrap over the top, cut arm holes and do my work in there... but if your jars have been sitting for 2 weeks... i can't garauntee you'll get a good success rate... you might want to make up some new jars.
ps. i use latex gloves and i sterilize the inside with lysol. the goal here is to have a small environment with no air movement...
ok, i'm done

I would def. make up new jars. Why waste the spores?
