Who else really likes rap on LSD and mushrooms. I was sitting listeing to G-unit on lsd and the lyrics seemed to make so much more sense. another good group is Necro, Eyedea & Abilities and of course Pharcyde. if you liek rap these are some good groups to listen to.

G-unit on LSD would be my worst nightmare. I think it'd be the worst trip I've ever had.
But some people enjoy it.
BTW: How do G-unit lyrics not make sense? Isn't it all about bein "hard"?

yes, its not a matter of liking it but a matter of loving hip hop. its basically all i listen to. and yea listening to underground rap while frying balls is a wonder in itself. i always have cds ready to be played befor i trip. some other good people to listen to are talib kweli, or any bay area rap. shit is tight

personally i dont like hiphop. im a classic rock kind of guy. there is however one hip hop song that owns to listen to while tripping, its also the only hip hop song i really like. one mic by nas. the energy in it and what he sings about bring me to a frenzy everytime i listen to it triping, in a good way. i can just feel his passion and energy

i listened to this song called "higher"... I forget who it was by, while on LSA It was really very awesome to hear.
he kept saying "i can take you hiiiigher" and I could really feel like he was, and something about the pacing and the energy.
rap and hiphop can be some very cool stuff actually, its a shame there is a bad connotation towards it because of the mainstream and such.
i dunno, something about rapping is trippy in the first place, like they design the songs to make sense only if you're stoned or tripping or something, so you can go with their flow.

G Unit would be the last depressing ass turd I'd listen to when tripping. It would make me negative and give me a bad trip for sure.
Good underground hip hop however is not bad. I used to not get rap, but now I respect it. Even thugged out gangsta rap is chill when you're on mush. Just have to have the respect for it.

you know for all of you non-rap music listeners, hip hop is actually very very amazing if you listen to the words of their music. take for instance, if any of you listen to talib kweli, or common, and you pay close attention to their lyrics and what they are saying, it will blow your mind. Its really astonishing of how deep of a level rappers really think. they truly are deep thinkers just like all of you(us)

in the name of the Hiphop i must interject. Rap is not Hiphop. G-Unit is Rap. Rap is what you see on TV and hear over and over and over on the radio. its about da club and pouring cristal on bitches titties and jugs of milk and their fatty asses. G-Unit eats my ass.
Hiphop is a voice we enlist to express how we feel about this and that. wordplay unlocks the essense of language can be a great tool for introspection. eyedia&abilities and talib kweli are a good start.
for the sceptics, start here and try not to fall in love with Hiphop Blackalicious - NIA Atmosphere - God Loves Ugly Hieroglyphics - ThirdEye Vision Ugly Duckling - Journey to Anywhere Gangstarr - Moment of Truth Tribe Call Qwest - Midnight Maruaders Wu Tang - 36 Chambers Beastie Boys - Pauls Boutique Josh Martinez - Buck Up Princess

Atmosphere is awesome. Also anything with Chali 2na. He's not the deepest writer, but he is great with words and technically excellent. Hip hop gets an unfairly bad rap
