Just picked up a few of these today at JCPenneys for some friends. They are no where near as good as an AA or as large as a lot of people like but I know a lot of people around here do not have a lot of disposable income so I figured i would share the find.I do not have any normal half pin jars laying around to test how may it would hold but it will hold 7 half pint jelly jars which are just as good as half pint wide mouth jars.If anyone with good trade record wants one of these and cannot get to or have a JCPenneys around you I will gladly sell them to you for cost and price of shipping.

It doesnt look like it would be tall enough to fit quart jars and still be able to put the lid on. Maybe if you layed them over but I still doubt you could get more than 2 or 3 in with the lid still attatching.

I purchased one of these earlier this week and I have a couple questions. How much water do i need to fill my PC with when sterilizing half pint PF jars? And how long per jar. BTW I have the 4 qt size.

You need to read some basic teks. But I will tell you that you need 1-2 inches of water in your PC. Check it out: Pressure Cooker Use
