i'm not positive, but probably the oyster mushrooms? im thinking this only because they seem to be able to grow on just about anything including toilet paper and cardboard

maybe if you substituted some manure into the pf mix at a fairly high ratio (40% manure 10% brf 50% verm) you could get Coprinus comatus (shaggy mane) to fruit.
you could also try substituting manure in the above mix for wood chips for wood loving species like oyster or enoki
