i drilled a few holes and stuffed a lil polyfill in and then drilled another one and stuck a hose in and put the lid on. i allready saw mushrooms starting to grow so ima see how it goes. its just straight 50/50 cow shit. no casing layer or nothing. just container and holes and humidifier. think it should work?

I would not use that one. It's never too late to take things back at walmart. Try going to a pharmacy, like CVS or walgreens.

because they harbor contams.. peroxide will not be enough, but it's your own decision to make. I have seen some people use them but I persoanlly would not use it. I actually bought one a few weeks ago but after i realized it I took it back and bought an impeller type.

They also don't provide enough humidity. You'll only get about 70% from a wick type humidifier, so they are pretty much worthless.
