Jar innoculation after PCing

Is it better if I wait a day after I PC my pint jars of rye grain to innoculate the jars? I have heard that its is safe to innoculate the jars once they have cooled to room temprature but I have noticed tha if you wait a day the grain does not look so dry. Does this affect spore germaination at all? How soon after PC your jars do you innoculate them? What results have you had. Good, bad?

MY JARS I WAIT A DAY UNTILL I INNOCULATE JUST TO BE SAFE, BUT IF YOU WANT TO DO THEM WHEN THEY ARE AT ROOM TEMP THEN GO RIGHT ON HEAD, JUST WAIT LIKE 8 HOURS FOR THEM TO COOL. GOOD LUCK
