could i make a candle if i saved up a bunch of wax from used candles? if so how would i go by doing it?

did you ever make sand candles?  take a container of play sand,
depends on how big you want, dampen the sand slightly to hold shape.
dig  a shape into the sand, pour the wax in, put your wick, or wicks in.
Let harden, take out. the sand forms a nice outside surface on the wax.

i actually own one that looks like a beautiful desert landscape. im not gonna light it though. i wanna learn how to make candles. anyeone know good links?

Any good craft store will have all you need. Books, wax, wicks, etc....I have made a lot of candles as a child with my mom. We used a lot of used candle wax. Only with used candles you will never get a nice color without candle wax dye. Just make sure you save your dark waxs with your dark waxes and your light with your light. And make sure you like the color of mud

we make candles all the time.

We buy wax blocks tho, but like he said you can use candle bits, but it'll be an ugly colour.

melt the wax down in an old pot that you don't plan to use again, then get a cardboard juice container, think mccains frozen juice or empty milk carton, amke sure their clean, stick a wick in and then pour the wax in and let it cool. Once its cooled, peel the cardboard off and you have a candle.
