how to sterlilize/pasteurize casing mix???

how should I sterilize my 50/50 mix?
I haven't got a PC, only an oven and a microwave

Mix up your stuff and put it in a baking bag (yep the ones for pot roast ect.). Place it on a cookie sheet and bake it for an hour and a half at 300 degrees. Let it cool and when you are ready to case: shake well to remix water, cut the corner off of bag and pour out into your tray.
I'm not saying this is the best way but works for me. BTW don't tie bag really tight just close loosly and tie so that steam can get out without popping the bag
