That's the point of pre-sterilization.

The pre-sterilized substrate bags would probably be good also.

They are reay you should for your sake wipe the whole outside of the jar down including the tinfoil then when you remove the tinfoil wipe the lid and the edges of the lid and then peal the tape back inoc then re-tape and you are good to go.

i like you beginers set up, its not too expensive and its just normal pf jars nothing wierd and wacko. i would myself (and i have i mean) just put together my own stuff, but if some one is going to spend money on a kit, they should check out dr blue thumbs. it just seems to make more sense
