I guess you won't be littering again anytime soon, eh?

Actually the judge ways a she. And the real question is what law says a judge CAN'T randomly drug test people. My lawyer couldnt do anything about it, I couldnt do anything about it.
This kinda sounds like it could fall under "unreasonable search" or some other privacy issue...
Also, who gets probation for littering?

hows that?
Somebody called the police and got my plate.
And no, its not an alcohol thing, it was an empty plastic cup which i believe had green tea in it before. Alcohol was never an issue.
There's something that's not being mentioned here... A cop never saw anything, so its your word against the other person.
It almost seems like 2+2=5 here... I don't know what it is... but this doesn't add up...

Right. I always see signs up north: Report Littering, call 555*****... But what stops you from getting your enemys licence plates, and randomly reporting them for littering?

Apparently once your in the clutches of the law, they can throw in drug test for pretty well anything.
Although, Ive never seen em add it for something so minor.
Did they drug test you at your court appearance? Thats pretty well unheard of.
Isn't littering something you can waive(just pay and leave)?
This is like being drug tested for a speeding ticket.

They should have made you pick up trash instead of all that dumb shit...
I never get why people throw stuff out the window in the first place.
I used to stop my car if someone threw something out the window. They could pick it up or walk . Those kids don't litter to this day.
