I assume you purchased these. They appear to be dried Psilocybe cubensis, and potent by the looks of them. Although it really is impossible to definitively identify a dried mushroom over the internet. This is the mushroom hunting forum, there is also a cultivation forum and tons of FAQS and other info on the site that you can read which will answer all of your questions. Good luck and welcome to the shroomery.

Those appear to be cubensis however dry mushrooms are near to impossible to ID 100% sure but if I bought though my self I would eat them. Blue bruising + their appearance screams cubes to me.

Also you can not get a print from dried mushrooms and you cannot grow from dried shrooms, well u can but you have to be pro.

Probably some kind of cultivated cubes...

Dried ID's are not very reliable though.

You could probably grow them if you transferred a gill fragment to agar and isolated until you felt comfortable that you have a contaminate free culture. There wouldn't be any guarantee that the isolate would fruit though.
