I bought one yesterday, and i left it in my incubator (at 95-100% humidity) over night, to test the lamp...
Well, something went wrong, and now the light is much weaker, i dont know if thats going to be enough light ???
This is how the lamp worked before the problem

And this is now...

What do you think? any suggestions?

You don't need/want humidity in your incubator.
Did you try taking out the bulb, cleaning the connections and putting it back in?

I have an all plastic flourescent lamp. No metal no glass.
It's been running fine in my FC for almost two weeks.

Take it back to the store and get a new one if you like, but mushrooms don't need that much light to grow anyway. I think that even though the lamp is dimmer than it was, the amount of light it now produces is sufficient.

I'm probably just going to use this lamp as it is now. It should produce enough light for the mushroms if ill let it on for a few extra hours, right... ?
And yes, it is a cheap trash lamp i bought it for 4 €

It's best to keep your lamps outside the FC. Just let them shine through clear plastic to the inside. Brighter light will help to produce better pinsets than dim light. I'd take it back for a replacement, then mount it outside the FC. RR
