The nova of our sun... its the most recent trip report on the site and I'm wondering what others think about it. I thought it was absolutely fascinating. I’ve been contemplating whether if I believe it to be true or not but either way I thought it was an awesome read. http://www.shroomery.org/index.php/par/29081

It was cool up to the point where I lost knowledge of what was going on (the letter To: Dr. Richard Miller, U.S. Naval Research Laboratory)

So let me get this straight... This guy's reliving dreams and memories from as early as 3 days after birth? How would he know these are ACTUAL memories? Am I the only one who thought the guy sounded a little off in the head? The fact is he wouldn't know what he experienced 3 days after birth, how could he claim to be re-experiencing it and not just some scenerio played out in his head based on his strong desire for these supernatural occurences amplified by an existing mental disorder... Personally when writting trip reports I find the trips seem kind of distorted in my memory, there's no way I'd be able to bring back that much specific detail about an experience.
I didn't read all of it, I stopped somewhere around the dream from his 3rd day of birth, afterwhich I concluded that this was pointless, and skimmed a couple more sections I picked out just so I could make an informed opinion without feeling I may have overlooked something important...

He did say he was able to recall what his room looked like from when he was 90 days old and his mother was shocked that he could remember that. Of course, he could have been making that up too.

While on LSD the other day, I had rather 'photo-realistic' memories from when I was pretty young. I could see how its possible.
Just because you forget it in your adult life, doesnt mean that your brain forgets it for good.

I dunno' whether or not to believe that report. . it seems fairly legitimate, but there are no sources cited (when talking about the CIA and such. .) and it could just be a made-up story - but it's very interesting.
