 first time growing pans!!! help please!!!!

i case this block of colonized pan compost....about 4 days ago as per the ralphster44 pan tek.......is it the dreaded cobweb mold or no?.......thanks in advance.......i will find a way to put this block in my brand new pod if it is not contams...............
