If you stop looking every hour and don't look for a week, you will perceive it as having been faster. And perception is reality isn't it?

Optimal inoculate, and incubation conditions does it.

^^^ That is a good start.
Make a liquid culture in your mean time. Not only will it dramatically speed up your next grow, but just making one will shave a bit of time off of your grow time.
Just keep yourself occupied. MS injection is something you'll never do after you make your LC.

A liquid culture in juxtaposed to spores is about like having a new born baby to a just fertalized egg.
A liquid culture is when you inject spores into a nutrient rich solution to give it a head start if you will. Mycelia form off of the nutrients. When mycelia is fully developed you agitate it to break it up and then suck it up into a syringe and inject it into your substrate. It's giving your grow a head start in growth. See above analogy.
Correct me if I'm wrong on this.

This thread http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Cat/0/Number/5574833/an/0/page/0 was written for PF jars, but I'm sure a lot of the advice is applicable to your setup also.
