Welcome to the shroomery. Why are you desperate for the ID, I hope no one ate any of that. Based on those pictures and no information you will not get an ID. Even if you do, take it with a block of salt. If you really want an ID you should read the sticky at the top of this forum and add the proper information for an ID request.

From the pictures it's hard to tell what it is, so might as well assume it's poisonous unless it can be proved otherwise. In this case it doesn't look possible with what you provided.

It looks like its Amanita Muscaria - BUT for id of this species you need to see the basal bulb and check for the shaggy concentric rings - also veil remnants on the stem.

Get it wrong with amanitas and you're in some deep shit, while I think this is 98% likely muscaria - it's just not worth the risk.
Learn about the positive ID charachterists for muscaria and you wont have to worry next time. DONT EAT THIS SPECIMEN.

Where did you find this exactly - under a pine tree or similar?

It looks pretty safe to me.
I say "go for it."

EDIT: If you start to feel sick and throw up once or twice, that's normal.
If you start to feel sick, throw up some nasty red and yellow stuff constantly, get horrible cramps and/or muscle spasms, and get diarhea really bad (that is also red and yellow), then you might want to go to the emergency room.

Did you buy it off of a person or an actual vendor? If it was from a vendor, I don't know why you would be looking for an ID on something that you bought.
