Pinky and the Brain
    #5901541 - 07/26/06 10:22 AM (17 years, 6 months ago)

My girlfriend just bought this DVD last night.

we dropped a couple hits of liquid and watched the first disc.

I must say that shit is hilarious.

forgot how funny it was.

why is it that I find myself drawn to things from my childhood?

Oh, yeah, and Peewee Herman on acid was the shit. Why can't life be like peewee's playhouse? If I ran the world, thats how shit would be. we'd all have our own playhouse with a magic genie and beatnick puppets and a big ball of foil and a claymation girl with pennies for eyes.

They're labaratory mice!
Their genes have been spliced!

On a side note, I watched them while tripping and it wasn't nearly as funny. I love them, though.

I wonder what Brain would do if he actually succeeded in taking over the world.

He got really close once. I can't remember how, but I remember thinking, "They're going to do it!", then they fucked it up, as usual.

I think they should make a movie that involves a longer, more elaborate plot. I would totally buy it!

I used to watch it religiously. POIT.

The episode I remember most was when he invented a walking robot and his *pilot* seat was the head. But after watching it so many times and the story ends up the same, it got old, just like Wile E. Coyote. I'm all for a revamped episode (hour maybe?) where their plan actually succeeds.

I'll have to pick that up... is it all the episodes or just first season?

the 2 episodes I remember are the one w/ snowball the hamster and the one where the whole episode was through pinky's eyes

Haha, hilarious.  I just ordered this DVD off of netflicks.  I was so happy when I saw that it had come out!

Glad to hear you still like it, even as an adult.

I was never a really big fan, but I watched it. Pinky's voice just irritated me so much. The only one I can remember off the top of my head is the one where the Brain pretends to be Santa Claus for some reason or another. I think he was putting devices of some sort in the presents or something. Of course pinky fucked it up as usual.

I only remember the one where they are going to stop the clock of the Big Ben at 4PM so all the English will never stop drinking tea and they can take over England and then the world. Or something like that anyway...

Must have been years since I have seen this show. So long that I hardly remember anything other than the main two characters.

From what I can remember Brain comes up with a new one almost every episode and Pinky (or both combined) end up messing it up somehow.
