Need an ID for shrooms in Georgia

Habitat: Pasture, dung, South East Georgia (Bulloch County area), below sea level.

Gills: Black, not attached

Stem: 2-6" in length, 5/16-3/8" in diameter, solid, thin

Welcome to the Shroomery. Nice job on the description. Based on that and the pics I would say that you have an inactive species of Panaeolus.

black/blue residue?? That sounds like Coprinus, however the pics look more like Panaeolus.... Then again, the pics are way blurry, so I am not sure. Good job on the description!

Cure I thought the same thing about Coprinus, and maybe he's got a mixed collection.  I could be convinced that his last pics are coprinus.  I've seen pans and especially Psathyrellas drop mad amounts of dark spore though which can get quite messy. :grin:
