For a long time all I did all of my research on the standard PF syringes. I recently have been diversifying using a few different strains from Lil' Shop. What are all of your favorite strains? Which cubensis strain is best for potency? Which is best for yeild? Thanks!

A good yeilder and potent fruit would be the koh samui, a VERY....potent fruit would be the PESA.

You referenced to the Thailand Koh Samui. I have also heard it called pink buffalo, or actually seen both names. Is Pink Buffalo a sub-strain? Which is better? If it could be your choice of what to eat, what would it be?

I thought the Ko Samui was shitty - i got small fatarsed shrooms on millet and i didnt find Lipa Yai or Ko Samui that potent. Im sure other people might disagree, but anyway.
For big yields id go for the tassies, for potency id go for the Ecuadors or the tassies

Strange. The EQs I just finished with didn't get very good ratings in my book. I read everywhere different things on potency.... are there no very solid facts? I read the Puerto Ricans are supposedly very strong... but they don't seem to be much different than any others. I have yet to try PESA though. Would love to hear more thoughts. What substrate is best for potency? What is best for size?

Strange indeed -somone else told me that there ecuadors were not potent but i didnt find them as a lesser potent cubensis.
Id rate Ecuadors, GTs, Tassies, PES amazonian, Treasure Coast and Puertos as the more potent cubensis ive tried - not to say that i enjoyed them all.
Id also so that B+, mazatapec (my fav vibe) and those others are lesser potent cubensis - but we are talking about neglibile differences here. If your looking for huge differences between cubensis strains, your not going to find it.
Proof?? Well the only study i know ill quote here from stamets:
' Stijve and de Meijer (1993) found .15% psilocybin and .50% psilocin in a Mexican strain , and .15%psilocybin and .33% psilocin in an Amazonian strain...'

The Koh samui and the pink buffalo are not the same. As for which one my friend would eat, that depends. If she wants to socialize then she would eat the Koh Samui: and all around easy on the body mind strain. If she wanted to go to a Satori high or level 5 by her self, she would take the PESA strain.

Besides arguing about what might or might not be TKS, would you agree that TKS is very strong? Is PESA unarguably the strongest? What about what sporeworks has to say about the Puerto Ricans? Why are they fabled to be so strong?

I found Puertos to be pretty middling.
PESA are pretty damn strong....but they almost always make me puke:D

Ecuadors are the strongest I've tried.
Thai ks aren't as potent but are still stronger than average. They give a speedy body buzz and the high is short lived.
Good for a first timer but someone wan't a more trip friendly shroom will have to look elsewhere...

upon average there are some cubensis that are above average in potency. Eqs, Puertos, Gts and tassies (visual) will not dissappoint)

Who is the best supplier for tassies? Where do you get yours? How is the yeild on those. They have exceptionaly good visual charachteristics?
