You sir, have earned my business.  Should I ever win the lottery I would like to hire you as one of my chefs.

I took the liberty of resizing the pics.  I never used photobucket before.







The onion/garlic butter glaze is too die for.  I'd like to use it in some other concoctions :smile:  I have a whole new perspective of chicken skin now.

Grade A  :thumbup:

Also, charcoal owns gas.  Next time I'm going to put some smoke chips in near the end.

I skipped the marinade. It cooked about 3 1/2 hours maybe 4. I wasn't really able to regulate the heat other than open a vent here and close a vent there.

I also decided that next time I'm using one of those marinade injectors and I'm gonna shoot that bird full of that garlic butter.

Garlic butter sounds like a mighty fine idea. Been slackin on my cookin the last couple weeks. Gonna have to get amongst it this weekend.
