Injecting water into birthed cakes?

I remember I saw a post about injecting honey water or plain water into birthed cakes, but I cant find it. Any got any info about injecting sterelized honey water into cakes?

this is not advanced...but take a look at my post
from 08/14/01: Re: Pleez , can you add water to a pinning cake? Since then I have routinely injected sterile water into cakes as well as casings.. as demonstrated below. My cakes are dry due to high autoclave temps and pressures. This
works for me.
