Coir casing ready?

Ok so after chatting with a few folks from here (mainly CC) i decided to give coir a shot as a substrate to spawn to. I took an extra PF cake i had and spawned it 1:2 to some coir with some raw ground coffee grounds added. Well it's only been 2 days and it looks to me like it's ready to be cased.
Heres the pic, tell me what you guys think. This is my first time actually doing this, allthough i do nothing but read and post I still want others feedback.

If you guys think it's good to go as I do then im going to case it tonight. I was going to use miracle grow moisture control for this one but i think im going to do that method on one of the other spare cakes i have fully colonized.
Lemme know

Oh yeah, that's what i like to see...
I'm glad you've gotten smart and joined the CC/LTL bandwagon.
See how much faster it is than hpoo? :P a little nicer to work with too.
You can case it tonight if you want, or you can wait til the morning... it's your choice!

Oh, and the moisture control potting mix, it's golden. I'll release my tek a little later ... Involves polymer crystals and never misting :P

i sent ya a PM but now looking at that picture you might want to give it til morning... it will gobble down those last bits of brown and you'll see nothing but healthy fuzzy white.
if you did case already or wont have time tomorrow you can go ahead and do it tonight, those last little bits will finish in no time flat even with a casing layer over it.

casing a coir substrate with more coir would probably be a bad idea :P

Yeah, peat/verm is good, and I've had no problems with using it unadjusted. And if you get a small area of green, just cut it out, spray the area you cut out with h202/02 real well, then fill the hole with peat/verm.

werd, well knock on wood with me here but i havent had ANY contams at all on anything i've done so far. I've become an oust, Lysol, Alchohol addict. Only really use Lysol to clean certain surfaces but oust is my bitch as well as good ol alchohol, and GermX hand sanitizer.
You know what else is funny. Believe it or not, I dunked the PF cake in the fridge for about 8 hours before i broke it up and spawned it, only because i was going to put it into my PMP but after a day of running it, it only got to 93% and i wanted higher so i said fuggit.. Seems as thought it like the cold dunk..
