That's a good fucken read man. You should be a writer or something. You definitely have the skills to pay the bills.. as they say.
You paint a very good picture.. I am able to visualize quite vividly what you are experiencing and the vibe of the city with minimal wordage. Good stuff.

Hope your travels are treating you well. And from I read they are

Be well!

Through reading to the end, I have determined that you have a natural flair for writing some extremely interesting shit with little to none fluff, with plenty of metaphors, analogies, and introspective ruminations at just the right moment to keep me thoroughly entertained. I even LOLed at two points, probably a completely unintentional side-effect of your ramblings. Or not.

See my next post.

and there I am looking at this naked seven-or-so-year-old French boy and I scream shit! and give him a dirty look and run back to my room thinking first that I should have remembered to say merde

:rofl2:

i LOLed so hard!

it reminded me when i was 13 and sent on a Bar Mitzva toure to europe...
they brought us to this big ass Toys are us in london and there was this crazy arcade downstairs with a virtual reality 3D machine (i don't remember what it was exectly but i was thrilled as hell to be trying out this new thing!) i had to brake my 10 pound note for the machine using some sort of ATM type machine where you stick the bill in and the coins go out... so i fumble with this thing trying to figure out why it wouldn't take the note and some guy comes over to help me out so i bend over to collect the coins thinking he's got it figured out when i realize he took me money and started walking away...
he noticed i saw him and started running up the stairs (leading straight to the exit) i started chasing him (i even reached him and tore his shirt but he got away) went passed the gaurd at the door which didn't even notice i was chacing the guy... after about ten seconds out the door i gave up the chace cuz he was clearly faster then me and i didn't have much to do even if i did catch him, but i thought might as well let him know what i think so i screamed at the top of my lungs "BEN ZONA!!!@$@#%@$@" he actually turned around and gave me a puzzled look  :smirk:

i was so pissed at my self for not cursing him in english  :frown:

almost forgot...
i never got to go on that machine, i went into the securety room to watch the tapes and see if i can ID the guy and by the time we were finished we all had to leave!

Ate some of the weak acid I have yesterday, in a sculpture garden park thing in Arles. It was a great time, not a visual trip so much as a headtrip definitely a trip though...it was strange, rather than things flowing they seemed super-rigid. I just sat and wrote in my journal for hours. It was fantastic. Then I ate the best peach of my fucking life. Just meditated and breathed in and out for a long time. Listened to Bob Dylan on the come up.

Later that night I ate one of the best sandwiches of my life and walked all around town photographing sunset shadows on buildings while having one of the best DSOTM listens of my life. It was schweet. Life is good.

Sorry dude but every internet place I've been to since the one where I copied all those pics off my camera doesn't have that option available, including this one I'm at right now.  I'm in Paris and I spent the day laying in the grass behind Rodin's house reading with the statue of The Thinker in the background, then I walked around the city for a bit and ate a great pastry. I've been starving myself today so that I can spend money I would have spent on food during the day on one really awesome rock-my-socks dinner that I hope involves some pate and some mussels.
