i hate rats and mice. of course rats creep me out quite a bit more. id rather find a snake in my house than a rat. the thought of a mouse in my place skeeves me out beyond belief. if i ever saw a rat inside a place i was living i might have a heart attack. what are some of your stupid, irrational fears?

fear of vermin is not so irrational, they can carry diseases which are dangerous to us, rats carried the lice which carried the black death which killed 1/3 of the population of europe. it's sort of engrained in the human psychie...
of course now we exact our revenge in labs around the world mwahaha...

I have two stupid fears.
1.) Loosing my grandparents When I was younger I actually used to keep things that they had bought me when I was done with the thing itself (empty pop bottles, KFC chicken boxes, empty pop cans, empty chip papers, ect) 2.) spiders I got bit by a spider when I was 8. I was picking it up off the ground because people were tryingto step on it and kill it. Go figure.

That too! I like scuba diving just fine, but swimming on top of the water in open water that is over head high makes me really freaked out. I watched too many water movies like Jaws, Deep Star 6, Leviathan, and Barracuda( ) when I was a kid. They scarred me for life!

LADYBUGS!!
I don't like them. They're creepy and they attack me. They're gross and scary. I freak out when I see them.
Those and those damn thin green sponges used for scrubbing dishes. Those are evil as well. Notice how they disperse little green dusties into the air and I gaurantee those dusties are out to get me. They aim for my eyes. It's not cool at all.
My employess at my old job used to chase me around the store rubbing those god forsaken green sponges at me.
Assholes.

I'm just speaking of my fears. I have no fear of another human, really. I don't know why, but I don't. It's the suspense of thinking about if there is something about to take a chunk out of you and what is it that get's my skin crawling!

irrational fear is something I've gotten used too
spiders are creepy but my fears are more related to emotions
gotta love when a spider crawls onto u while your sleepin...luckily they don't get that big around here...I don't think I could live in australia where the house spiders can be the size of your hand

On second thought, people do kind of put a fear into me, but it's still more the suspense of thinking, "what are they going to do, next?" Like in the government's case. Governments and the people that elect scare the shit out of me.

I have no fear of rats or mice...actually I find mice to be adorable I just hate the way they chew through my shit and make a mess
I had a mole charge me this past spring...that kinda freaked me out till I realized what was coming right at me...they don't seem to be very quick or bright(and I don't think they can see)...I lifted up a chair he was under and trapped in with a margarine container...and let him go outside

All fears are kind of stupid and irrational.
Me I have a thing against spiders but am making great steps away from that fear (especially after seeing some of my coworkers)
other than that I don't have any real big fears just lots of small ones

When I'm riding or driving in a car on the highway and the window is down, I always feel like I'm going to fall/fly out of the window and go bouncing along the highway. I have to keep my window at least halfway up when I'm going over 45 miles an hour or I become extremely nervous.
