There are no liberals in PAL except for maybe Alex and the Red Crayon. A large chunk of the "liberals" you rant about here are Libertarians.

I believe it. IMO its changing.

Maybe JUST maybe Liberals, Left, Dem's, Progressives whatever.... are attempting to find meaning in the post-communist world. Communism, and Castro are dead --- now the Palestinians fill the void of communism’s death.

Actually, I'm not even sure why White Supremists have adopted very hostile attitudes towards Israel, after all they are "keeping to their own" technically, which is what racists after all want. They are neither friendly towards Arabs either (also Semites).

As for the "hippies" you speak of.. there is alot of opposition towards the State of Israel among the counter culture, but to call it Anti-Semitism? Again, to me that seems like a crimen exceptum attack. It's on par with those (mostly on the left, ironically) who accuse conservatives of being racists on every whim. I've met orthodox Jews who themselves called the government of Israel criminal. So what does that mean?

There are reasonable positions on both sides of the Israeli-Arab conflict, whether those who rationally believe Israel is defending herself or those who rationally believe Israel is practicing collective punishment. At the same time there is the presence of haters, whether those who hate Arabs or those who hate Jews. To call anyone who questions the tactics of Israel an "anti-Semite" simply lacks a foundation in logic and reason.

standing side by side? What are you talking about? Criticism of Israel and it's policies against the non-"Chosen People" is valid political and ethical criticism, not anti-semitism. And, as Silversoul pointed out, conservatives and other rightists have way more in common with their relatives in the right-wing white supremacy and Christian-identity movements. Does that make conservatives nazis? No.
