what is your favorite coir casing mix???

hey there everyone...
i am trying to experiment with new coir casing mixes to see what works best and since i am still a relative novice, i was wondering what the expert opinion was. so, what is your favorite casing mix using coir? i mean, exact measurements wise.

Straight Coco Coir works good....and is simple.

i hear ya on the simplicity part, but i was wondering what different people used with coir as far as 50/50+ casings, etc. i have done searches and read all the bickering about the amount lime balances and such, but no one ever seems to come to any sort of conclusions. i just want to know what people like to use and what works for them.
